Do you offer in person or telehealth sessions?

I offer both! My office is located in McKinney, Texas but I can work with you as long as you’re in the state of Texas

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am covered under Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare.

What if I don’t have insurance?

My rates for private pay are $100 for the intake (the first session) and $90 for each session. I also offer a sliding scale for those who qualify.

When can we get started?

After you submit the form on the contact page, I will reach out to you through your preferred method of communication and schedule a call to address any questions you have about counseling and start the process of getting you the help that you need.
